2.2 Listings, Dealers & Advertisers
- Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy
- Buyers must independently verify vehicles
- RIDEZ is a platform only and not a transaction party
- No guarantee of availability, pricing, or legality
2.3 Payments & Advertising
- Fees payable before activation unless agreed otherwise
- Placement subject to availability and editorial discretion
- Refunds handled per agreement or law
2.4 Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and databases are owned by or licensed to RIDEZ
and may not be reused without written permission. Users retain ownership of uploaded content
but grant RIDEZ a non‑exclusive licence to display and promote it.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
RIDEZ is provided “as is” without warranties and is not liable for losses arising from
transactions, errors, downtime, or third‑party actions.
2.6 Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update features, pricing, or policies at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance
of updated terms.
